Electronic Blue Sky Filing Service

Let us take care of your state notice filing requirements for your Rule 506(b) or (c) offering. We use the NASAA Electronic Filing Depository (EFD) to notify and pay any state filing fees in the states you receive money from investors.

EFD Amendments

Most offerings will require updates to the EFD filing as new investors come on-board. The EFD amendments option allows monthly updates for one year from the order date. Simply send us the information on the new investors you receive and we will take care of the amendment.

Electronic Blue Sky Filing Service (for States using EFD)

NOTE: Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Maine, Massachusetts and New York are not currently part of the NASAA Electronic Filing Depository (EFD) and must be filed manually. Please see our Manual State Filing product page to order filings for these states. Florida does not require you to do a notice filing for a Rule 506 offering.

Our Initial Blue Sky Filing includes setting up your offering on EFD and filing any states you have already received funds from investors. If or when you need to add other states you can order amendments from the PPM Store.
