-AMENDMENT SERVICE FOR STATES USING EFD-
Our State Notice Filing Amendment service is ONLY for customers who have order our Electronic Notice Filing Service using the NASAA EFD system. After the initial filing service is complete and you get new investors you can add amendments as needed to keep current in each state.
NOTE: You only need to file once in each state. If you get a new investor in a state you have previously filed there is no need to amend the filing.
After ordering simply send us the updated form you used in the initial filing. It is that simple!
